Dual Credit Course Change Form

Students enrolling in a dual credit course from Dakota College at Bottineau will receive college credit and the approved associated high school credit for their course(s).

• I authorize Dakota College at Bottineau to release my college grade for the course(s) listed above to my attending high school. Bills must be paid in full in order to release grades.
• It is the students responsibility to follow the DCB Academic Calendar. Including, but not limited to: class dates, fee payment, drop dates, etc.

Summer 2026 Registration Info

• Priority registration Deadline: May 22, 2026
• Recommended Registration Deadline: May 8, 2026
• Final Day to Register: June 4, 2026 (late adds)
• Last date to drop a class with 100% refund - June 4, 2026 (Drops after this date will still owe the full tuition price. If a student drops ALL classes, they may be eligible for a percentage of a refund).

Fall 2026 Registration Info

• Final Day to Register: September 2, 2026 (late adds)
• Last date to drop a class with 100% refund - September 2, 2026 (Drops after this date will still owe the full tuition price. If a student drops ALL classes, they may be eligible for a percentage of a refund).

• It is understood that the student and parent/guardian are responsible for all costs related to the registered course(s), including any adds, swaps, or drops, and must acknowledge the tuition and fee payment due dates as well as the withdrawal procedures.

• One-time $35 application fee
• Fall 2026 Tuition: TBD – Rate is set by the North Dakota SBHE. (Fall 2025 through Summer 2026 tuition rate was $159.90 per credit / example: 3 credit course = $479.70)

• Tuition can be paid in Campus Connection or by calling 701-228-5430. Payment is due on June 8, 2026 for summer and September 9, 2026 for fall.

• Students are required to check their DCB e-mail for important e-mails from the campus

Parents/Guardians - By signing below, I authorize my student/dependent to add, drop, or swap dual credit courses through Dakota College at Bottineau as requested above. I acknowledge and accept responsibility for all associated costs as outlined above and in the academic calendar.
